Product Description
Yanomamo is a song from the environmental children's musical Yanomamo, by Peter Rose and Anne Conlon.
Yanomamo, the world's first ecological musical, vividly describes the destruction of the Amazon rainforest, and the threat placed upon the existence of all the indigenous species (human, animal and plant) which depend upon it.
Yanomamo has been performed extensively around the world, and was broadcast on Channel 4 as "Song of the Forest", narrated by Sting.
"An astonishing achievement" - Sir David Attenborough
