Product Description
A solemn, majestic and didactically outstanding piano arrangement of the world-famous Christmas carol "Tochter Zion, freue dich".
This exclusive arrangement was artfully set by Carsten Mus (CM Music) for piano solo at an easy intermediate level in the radiant key of F major (4/4 time, Maestoso β© = 100).
The well-conceived piano texture is perfect for learning the piano at music schools: the most important fingerings are placed above and below the staves in both hands. The right hand plays the famous melody partly in two voices, supplemented by practical chord symbols above the staves.
The left hand provides an absolutely reliable foundation: it begins with calm, sustained whole notes and in the course of the piece moves effectively into half notes and quarter notes. Subtle dynamic transitions such as crescendi and decrescendi, as well as precise pedal markings (con pedal ad lib. / simile), lend the performance a great deal of expression. The first verse is printed directly under the notes, and verses 2, 3 and 4 are clearly printed.
The ideal, highly motivating piece for the Advent and Christmas season, with a guaranteed festive feeling!
