Description "Sechs Préludes - Erstveröffentlichung: Edierte Ausgabe nach den originalen Skizzen des Wunderkinds"

Carl Filtsch (1830-1845), Frédéric Chopin's most brilliant pupil, was enthusiastically celebrated by his teacher: "My God! Such a child! No one has ever understood me like this!" The young composer from Transylvania died at the age of just 14, leaving behind fragments of astonishing poetic depth. These six short preludes - carefully reconstructed from his manuscripts - breathe the spirit of Chopin: singing melodies, fine harmonies and a romantic piano sound. They are surprisingly simple and particularly suitable for students (easy to medium difficulty). Each prelude comprises only around 16 bars and is clearly laid out on one page in a clear, modern layout. A rare opportunity to play music by a genius who died at an early age - touching, pianistically rewarding and ideal for teaching. Perfect for student auditions, Romantic repertoire expansion or the joy of a genuine Romantic discovery.
