Product Description
Pentecost Compline (2000) for bass recorder and organ was commissioned by and is
dedicated to Julia Waldon.
It is an atmospheric work, based on the Pentecost plainchant Veni creator spiritus. The
recorder provides a variety of "sounds of wind and spirit" as the organ weaves a free
meditation on the chant pitches.
