Old music of the 16th century for 5 double basses! Excellent for double bass class concerts, but also for chamber music for the double bass section of an orchestra. While the first two parts are almost always in the thumb position, the basses 3 and 4 are required to play with precise rhythmic voice leading. The 5th part with the traditional bass function can also be mastered for the most part by a beginner. Simple, beautiful music, which gains even more charm through the unusual instrumentation.
