Product Description
This sheet music booklet contains the original sheet music for the song "Erinnerungen an Ludwig" for piano. This arrangement is based on the Minuet, 2nd movement from the Sonata No. 20 op. 49 No. 2 by Ludwig van Beethoven. Felix Reuter has transformed the minuet, originally written in lively three-four time, into a dreamy, contemplative pop ballad: in a calm four-four tempo, with modern harmony and a constantly flowing left-hand accompaniment. In the middle section, he lets new melodic thoughts light up in a free-associative manner, before finally returning peacefully and with loving ornamentation to the opening theme.
